Our service
Curated Den provides AI-generated interior design inspiration and shopping suggestions using retailer product information. The beta may change and may produce inaccurate or unsuitable results. We do not provide a measured survey, architectural plan, structural assessment, professional installation advice or a guarantee that suggested products will fit.
These terms apply when you use the design service. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. Cookie and marketing consent are separate choices.
AI images, measurements and checking fit
AI images are not to scale and are not dimensionally reliable. A product appearing to fit in a generated room does not establish that it fits in your room. Images may change apparent proportions, clearances, colour, lighting, geometry or details. An approximate room width does not turn the result into a measured plan.
You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements you provide and for checking the exact retailer dimensions of the chosen size and variant before buying. For large items, measure the intended space and delivery route, including doors, stairs and lifts. Allow for movement, opening doors and drawers, walkways, radiators, fireplaces, windows and other obstructions.
Do not infer dimensions, installation clearances, load capacity or paint quantities from the image. Check coverage and quantities with the retailer. Obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional for electrical fittings, structural changes, fixed furniture or other work requiring specialist installation.
We do not undertake to verify measurements you supply or to certify fit. We are not responsible for a sizing or delivery-access problem caused by incorrect measurements you provide, or by a purchasing decision that relies on the apparent scale of an AI image instead of checked measurements. This does not exclude our responsibility for a failure to provide our own service with reasonable care and skill or any other rights protected by law.
Products, prices and purchases
The shopping list is an estimate. Confirm the exact product, variant, dimensions, current price, stock, delivery charges and returns terms with the retailer before ordering. Prices may be per item, pack or paint tin; the displayed quantity may not cover your complete installation or decoration needs.
You buy from the retailer, under its terms. We do not sell or deliver the listed furniture and do not handle retailer returns or warranties. Product images, AI colour rendering and catalogue descriptions may differ from the actual item; use samples or retailer confirmation where this matters.
We may receive affiliate commission from approved links when you allow affiliate tracking. This does not add a charge to your purchase or remove your rights against the retailer.
Your photos and private links
Upload only images you have the right to use. You allow us and the service providers described in our Privacy Policy to process them to provide, store and support your requested design. Avoid personal documents, other people and sensitive details in uploads.
Keep private room links secure. Anyone you share a link with may be able to see that room, its shopping list and feedback. Do not use the service for unlawful content, interfere with other users’ access or attempt to bypass access controls.
Our responsibility and your legal rights
We remain responsible for losses caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill where those losses are reasonably foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights. The limitations concerning AI images describe what this service provides; they are not a waiver of those rights.
Changes, complaints and applicable law
We may update the beta and these terms. The version shown when you request a design applies to that request; updates do not retrospectively remove your rights.
